R v L Reading Magistrates Road Traffic

The defendant was charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath, driving without a licence and insurance. Failing to provide carries a mandatory disqualification upon conviction. It was argued successfully on behalf of the defendant that he was not fit to plead. As a result he avoided disqualification.
