Prison Law

Being convicted of a crime could result in the individual losing their liberty.  Losing one’s liberty however does not mean losing one’s rights.  There are a number of valuable prisoner’s rights for those serving a custodial sentence and also those recalled to prison for breaching licence conditions, or indeed those currently in the community on licence.

We are able to represent those who are subject to all aspects of prison law such as licence recall, parole board hearings, disciplinary adjudications, transfers and categorisations.
